Video editing and design

Give your company the exposure it deserves. With a custom video you can show the world what your business does whether it is adventure sports or corporate events. Many businesses are taking advantage of video to show off their company, by embedding the video on their own site and also uploading them to YouTube and other social networking sites like Facebook for the world to see. T-Bone Designs can use existing footage or come on site and film.

  • Kate's Cycle - join the movement
Edited and composed in After Effects CS4

    8,600 km’s
    180 days
    20 countries
    1 girl on 1 bike.

From May this year Kate will be embarking on a journey of adventure, excitement and some may say, complete craziness. From her current base in Ireland, she will rely on sheer pedal power to cycle her way home to Australia.

  • Photo montage
Edited and composed in After Effects CS4

This technique is great for showing some of your photos in a slick, stylish manner. It allows the viewer to get a quick snap shot of all of your photos rather then clicking through each one individually.

It is also a great way to display your images while in keeping with the style of the video.

  • Surfing in Bali
Edited and composed in After Effects CS4

I used a Sanyo Xacti VPC-WH1YL Waterproof Digital Camcorder to film this surfing footage while in the surf at Legian Beach near Kuta.

I used a lot of video effects in this video — mainly because there were sections where I needed to speed up the time significantly so by using a lighting, pulsing effect this was achieved quite nicely and the result was achieved without needing to cut out any footage.

I also used a bit of slow-mo to exaggerate certain surf moves and also because myself and my family could never stay on the surf board long enough to look good. So extra slow-mo was needed for us!

  • White water rafting in Bali
Edited and composed in After Effects CS4

This video was taken while white water rafting in Bali with approximately 50 family and friends.

Being quite a long video (just over 13 minutes) I aimed to try and make the entire video as interesting as possible. This was achieved by adding music and some subtle visual effects.

Take a look and decide for yourself

  • Best job in the world application
Edited and composed in Adobe Premiere CS4

This video was the first project I worked on in regards to video editing and authoring. It was for the "Best job in the world" that had over 70,000 people apply for from around the world.

As you can probably guess I didn't get the job, but I had a tonne of fun making the short video.
